Turned out to be a nice day here at work and a pretty nice evening at home. Unfortunately A was sick with some sort of stomach virus, so she wasn’t feeling well but hopefully that will the short lived and she can feel better soon. I was able to get in a good 35 minute dumbbell workout in the evening, working on the chest muscles and trying to build up strength. Didn’t get too much minimizing in, removed a few items but nothing major, but every little step is of value. I need to update my items owned list since I have taken some of those things and put them in a box for donation. I plan on dropping them off tomorrow since I need the back of my SUV empty for Saturday when I drive up to Clemson to help N. Might be difficult to close the rings on the exercise app that day since it will be four hours up there and four hours back. I plan on running in the morning though so that will help quite a bit. Ever since the 5K I feel I have been slaking some but that actually isn’t the case. I ran on Wednesday morning and plan to again on Friday. I need to check for other 5Ks in the area since that one worked out well.
